RING SIZING GUIDE
Each piece of jewelry is customized to your preferred size. To find the perfect size for your Nao Now Jewel, we recommend consulting our sizing guide. If you are unsure of your size, we advise against self-measurements. Instead, you can order the size you believe is correct following the guide, and a complimentary measurement kit will be delivered directly to your doorstep FREE of charge, guaranteeing a perfect fit without the need to leave your home. In any case, our service ensures that you will be personally contacted with each order to guarantee the size is perfect for you.If your size you are looking for is not selectable, choose the closest one and, at checkout, leave a note or send us an email.
TIPS
We recommend measuring at the end of the day. Avoid taking measurements in extreme weather conditions, both very cold and hot. Keep in mind that the size of the fingers on one hand may not necessarily match those on the other hand. Ensure that the selected size comfortably slides along the entire length of the finger.

Our delivery timeframe typically ranges from 3 days to 5 weeks, depending on the production times required for creating unique items that are handmade just for you. We ensure that your carefully crafted jewel reaches you with the utmost care. We offer FREE shipping within Switzerland for orders over 150 CHF and provide worldwide shipping, with delivery costs calculated at checkout. Our 'in stock' items usually ship within 3-5 business days. Please inform us of any time constraints within our normal production window, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you are in a rush, please email us so we can assist you in receiving your jewel more quickly.
While we strive for precision, please note that our pieces are often unique, and as such, there might be slight variations.

Our return policy lasts for 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a written inquiry to our email info@naonow.ch. Unfortunately we do not accept returns of products that have been customized in size or aspect.
To start the return process, please email us at info@naonow.ch. If your return is eligible, we will provide instructions. You will be responsible for the shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we can't guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@naonow.ch.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

The gemstones used are genuine and sourced from reliable suppliers. Certifications for highly valuable gemstones are available upon request.
